Privacy for the early-access site

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, role, company, goals, scenario preference, interest level, and referral or campaign information.

We also collect limited first-party product analytics such as page visits, button clicks, referring source, and campaign tags so we can understand which messages and pages are helping us learn.

How we use it

We use your information to manage the waitlist, prioritize interview candidates, invite people into pilots, improve the product direction, and communicate about early access.

We do not use your details for third-party advertising and we do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access information for as long as it is useful for running the waitlist, the pilot, and related launch operations. If you want your data removed, contact us and we will handle the request reasonably and promptly.

Where it is stored

Early-access data is stored in the systems we use to run the site and manage launch operations. Access is limited to the small project team working on MySpeakingBuddy.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion from the early-access list.
